SpotMeetingAI joins as a participant (like a note-taker bot). Participants see it as "SpotMeetingAI" in the attendee list. It requires no special plugins.

Is recording consent handled?

Yes. SpotMeetingAI announces its presence when joining and can be configured to request explicit consent before recording.

What happens to my meeting recordings?

Recordings are processed to generate transcripts and summaries, then deleted. You choose whether to keep transcripts or only summaries.

How accurate is the transcription?

Our AI achieves 95%+ accuracy on standard business conversations. Accuracy improves as it learns your team's vocabulary.

Can I share meeting notes with non-attendees?

Yes. You can share summaries via email, Slack, or Notion. Control who can access full transcripts vs. summaries only.

Does this work for in-person meetings?

Not yet. SpotMeetingAI currently supports video calls only. In-person meeting support via mobile app is on our roadmap.
